Returns Policy for Retail Suppliers:

Returns Authorisation:

  • All returns must be authorised by Retail Suppliers before being shipped back.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@retailsuppliers.co.uk within 14 days of receiving the product.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Returns are accepted for defective or damaged products, or if there was an error in the order.

  • Products must be in their original condition and packaging.

Inspection and Approval:

  • Returned products will undergo a thorough inspection before approval.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Retail Suppliers will provide return shipping instructions upon approval of the return.

Refund/Replacement:

  • Once the return is approved, customers may choose between a refund or a replacement product.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the returned items are received.

Restocking Fee:

  • A restocking fee of 10% may apply to returned items that are not defective or damaged, and the return is not due to an error on our part.
